New SC Medical Marijuana Bill (H 4879) is the Real Deal!

South Carolina House Minority Leader, Todd Rutherford (D-Columbia) just filed fairly comprehensive legislation (H 4879) that would legalize medical marijuana in SC for a broad range of medical conditions.

While certainly not all-inclusive, this is an excellent bill that would relieve suffering for innumerable patients in SC.

Unfortunately, most news summaries of the bill so far have been brief and have made the bill seem far more limited in scope than it is in reality.
